Terms of Service

1. Educational use only
Premise is a market-intelligence dashboard. Nothing on this site or sent through Telegram alerts is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. Subscription & trial
- Premise is offered on a subscription basis at the price displayed at signup ($39/month or $390/year as of the effective date).
- A 7-day free trial is available to new accounts. A valid card may be required to start the trial. You may cancel any time before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel from your account billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Failed-payment grace: if your card is declined, you have 3 days to update your payment method before access is paused.
3. Refunds
Monthly fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle receive a prorated refund for unused complete months. Contact [email protected].
4. Account & access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Sharing your account is grounds for termination without refund.
- You may not attempt to scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or rehost any portion of Premise. Automated access is prohibited except via documented API endpoints if and when offered.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to redistribute Premise data or content.
5. Intellectual property
All scanners, alerts, copy, charts, and Game Plan briefs are the intellectual property of Premise. The underlying market data is sourced from third parties (yfinance, NASDAQ APIs) and remains property of their respective providers.
6. Data & privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service.
7. Liability
Premise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with at least 14 days notice via email or in-app banner before changes affect billing.
